HI,

I have ordered a pair of shoes at fabmall.com. Status always says you,
Ready to ship. They did not tell you it is out of stock ,when you are ordering.
10 days over, I contacted customer service, they told, we got new stock,
and we are shipping it today. Afte couple of days, again contacted customer
service again they told , it is out of stocke, would you like to buy another size.
Can you believe it? I need , size 6 for my cousin, and they are telling to
take size 7 , since , size 6 is out of stock. Am I taking vegetables? And they
misleaded me, by giving false statement earlier , saying , they are going to
ship the order today. They are already charged by creadit card and paying
interest for that amount.

Never trust this website. I also filed a complaint in IFCC(Internet Fraud
complaint Center). I will get my money back , through my credit card company.
But my cousin missed his birthday present.
