These guys have got a lot of things right. It started out as a book/music store, soon added grocery, computers, kid stuff, jewellery, watches, a generic mall, movies. I have no doubt they’ll soon have a seconds shop too.

This is more about their Grocery store - cause that’s where I shop maximum.

Great pluses
+ payment options
+ reward points (I’ve shopped more than 30K so i know)
+ delivery timing choice and promptness
+ responsiveness(over the phone)
+ discounts/offers
+ refunds ALWAYS happen without you having to chase them

Minuses
- poor response over mail
- often stuff’s ’not available’ for some categories
- not too much choice in many categories
- sometimes the pricing shown is incorrect
- not all items have details (useful when browsing)
- new products take time to hit their store
- perishables like bread, butter, egg need to be bought   elsewhere - sometimes defeats the purpose of online
shopping.
- they do not ask for alternatives over phone/mail
- no special offers for long standing customers
(say no delivery charges for 1.5K orders etc)
- u cannot have separate carts for separate sections!!!

The best thing about these guys is that they’ve ensured profitability, which basically means my points are safe with them. Their delivery reach is also pretty good - they even deliver at a place called Eagle Ridge which is a resort way outside Bangalore!!

The website is easy enough to use and not too slow except on Fridays. Customizable pages would be good to have though (with preferred timing, store etc).

Their computer store does not offer very competitive pricing. The book store is difficult to browse thru (u gotta know what u want). Same for the music store.

The gifting/certificates work pretty decently.

Integrity/Service is top notch.
