Products alone doesnot make an online shopping experience worthwhile.

I ordered some Video CDs as a birthday gift to my son back in India. And since the site has an option for sheduled delivery, I chose his Birthday. Thinking that The e-commerce industry in India was finally catching up with the rest of the world, I placed the orders exactly 30 days in advance, in order to give them enough time to manage their delivery schedules.

But I was wrong, The e-commerce scene in india is still a miserable cottage industry. The goods arrived a week after his birthday. I complained to them regarding this matter and got no response.

If this is good service i wonder what bad service is.
