I placed an order online on their website, and they sent me an email asking me to send my credit card details by email. They said it was for my security. Idiots don’t know anything about online security. They expect me to send credit card details by email. They never processed my order. I ended up wasting time. When I send a mail to customer service they didn’t even read it, just sent a canned reply every time I replied. Thie is the worst online shopping website I’ve seen. Do not buy from here as they have no clue about online transactions. Not secure and your credit card details will be in danger. Also very bad customer service. They redirected me to the same idiot who kept asking me for my credit card by email, and they even said that my mails won’t be read by customer service.
