hi, Please do not buy anything from EZONE Koramangala. They are really really bad.
They sell you bad quality stuff and then when it comes to commitment they fail badly.
I bought a Steam Iron on 01-may-2008. It was giving problems from day one. I went to them several times for help but they did some kind of patch work and returned.
Finally it broke down completeyl, FIRST time in November 2008, they rectified it.
Secondly , it broke down again on 25th Jan 2009, they could not get it repaired, till now.
Then one of their manager Kumar D.M. gave commitment that if this time they are not able to repair it, I will get a new piice [ this was dated 6th Feb 2009]
Then we went again on 22nd Feb 2009 , their another senior manager gave commitment that they will replace it as soon as they have stock by 28th Feb, 2009. BUT I have not heard anything from them

WHY DO THEY GIVE Commitment, if they do not know what it means.

PLEASE DO NOT BUT ANYTHINH FROM EZONE ..... all I can say
