I had been asked to go to eZone by one of my friends and I did the mistake of buy several articles including LCD tvs there.
The experience was very bad. While I paid for my goods as part of the
Diwali offer, I had agreed to deffered delivery as I was moving houses but the things did not turn up at the expected dates. After several weeks, several failed committments and repeated calls it turned up. By this time it was 2 weeks from the committed date of delivery.
No amount of escalation helped because people at all levels just dont value a customer and dont honour commitments. They promised some gifts for the value of purchase and this also did not arrive for 5 weeks and we had to go through the frustating ordeal before it got delivered yesterday.
I dont think ezone really cares about customers, their satisfaction and experience. I recommend that ones goes to eZone for WINDOW shopping notes the prices and models and go elsewhere abd buy from a more responsive outlet.
