I went to buy TV and microwave from e-zone...,
First .., the sales persons are too bad..and they are not interested in customer at

all, they don’t even have the basic knowledge about product., what ever feature you ask they will say yes this product has that..,while i found that many places they gave me wrong information..

          

Second the Prices what they write , i found few tv crt/lcd had less rates then sony world , but when i asked they said these models are out of stock., only those modesl were availalbe in which there was no price advantage..,so luckly i decided to buy the tv from sony world., but i got into their trap by buying the microwave from there..,

          

They delivered the microwave after 10 days after following up for the many days., and the interesting part is they said they will deliver the product before 3:00 pm one day., and no body turned up and no calls , whole day i spend at home by taking leave.., then i escalated the issue.., and suddenly i get a call at 6:30 that we are at your home collect ur microwave.., and i was out of my home at that time..,  and i was given a threatning that if i don’t turn up in 10 minutes in , we will take the microwave back.., what rubbish., and the person who was on the phone..,he was completely sounding like a local roudy..he did not even knew how to talk to a person.., and it goes on and on..,

          

They commited to deliver the gift(electric toaster) along with the microwave , which was not delivered obviously..when asked at e-zone they say you will have to come and collect., E-zone sucks.,

          

The biggest mistake i did by not looking at online reviews .., i will never ever go for e-zone in future.., and friends i would suggest you the same..,
