Ezone! You must have seen a lot of ads about this store. It sucks! Hear me out!

I wanted to buy a memory card for my two Sony Ericsson mobiles. Having heard about Ezone, I went over there (in Rajajinagar). Firstly, parking facility was very poor. Basement parking had a lot of building materials and no proper place to park.

Entering the store, you find that people are just browsing around.  The staff are extremely indifferent and not knowledgeable at all. Moreso, they seem to concentrate on only attending to young attractive girls only!

I could not find the memory card section and went to the billing counter to ask. The two guys there were so busy speaking among them, that they did not even bother to answer my question. They answered indifferently saying you go to first floor, second floor, etc.,

I went around looking. Found the card and a 2GB card was priced around Rs. 2,500 or so. I thought it was expensive. I asked where could I buy writable DVDs. Nobody had any answer, and finally they say they are out of stock!

I came out and went to the Sony showroom nearby and found that the same 2GB card costs around Rs. 1,700 only. A difference of nearly Rs. 700-800 per card! This was daylight robbery!

The joke is Ezone says that if you can buy it cheaper, they will pay you the difference. I do not think they understand what they are talking about!

Anybody can check this out!

Ezone sucks! Please do not shop there, or if you do, please check the prices at other places before buying!
