Hi, I am Vineet Singh from Bangalore, i had applied for LG TV & Home theatre via finance option. But, Ezone - Koramangala Branch, is unable to convert a prospective customer to a satisfied customer because the Credit Verification Department had rejected the case. I want to share the reason of Negative CV with you all i.e. 1) I am unmarried, 2) I am staying alone here in Banglore 3) I am new comer in Bangalore i.e. approx 3.5 Months Old.

The guy who is the representative of Future Money at Ezone was suggesting me - pls tell the CV person that you are staying here in Bangalore from last one year and also your family is staying here. Else your case will be rejected.

During physical home verification - i told the executive that i am staying here from last three months and living alone.

and finally case rejected.

After case rejection, i had spoken to Future Money - Sales Manager reagarding the concern and requested him to get the things on place, and also provided him the last three month bank statement of my salary as well as personal account too. But still, the future money credit dept is unable to identify the credentials due to one main reason that i am staying alone.

The best part the complete scenario about me is this that I am working person who is having a experience of 7 years in Service Industry and is associated with reputated Bharti Airtel Company.

At last,  i am unable to get the things done because the future money policy is only judging the customer on the basis of their personal staying, not on the basis of the credability and professional position.
