From the looks of it seemed like a good place to check out when I started to look out for a music system. Conclusion : 4 visits and no buy!  All the visits had to wait 15-20 mins to get a parking space, took another 10 to manuver the car to fit in the small (almost on the road side) parking!

Horrible staff :
a) No one bothered to ask what I was looking for. The jerks (called salesmen by ezone ) seems to be high headed lot not bothered to add to company’s bottomline or customer satifaction. Whenever I called someone to help expalin features or give a demo he/she tried passing the buck to the next "jerk" ....... the junior-most jerk who could not say no would grudgingly come to explain the product but wait .... he wouldn’t switch on the system  to give a demo as if its his personal stuff he does not want to be used for other’s sake.

Finally we selected a model (while at other stores) and visted ezone again to check the offer. The offer was better by 500/- but wait .... there are other tricks up their sleeves " NO STOCK" oh oh wait a minute --- do these people get mucis systems (the ones people put in their drawing rooms for 10K ) from Mars that these are not in stock ........ we left asking when the stock would arrive --- Answer : please check after two weeks..... 2 weeks go by and I call the number on the visting card. The call is trasferred to their audio section : The "jerk" there CONFIRMS that the model is availble. I again make it to the store hoping to throw the money at there face and buy a music system imported from Mars! But wait it minute - its EZONE - they are different .... right! I walk in and tell them to bring the selected model and the team of "jerks" looks around and at each other , nobody wanting to do the minial job of selling a music system!  And they tel me "ITS STILL NOT IN STOCK".
But I checked before coming - I tell them ........ No reply .... Sir only stock for Sony systems if you want to buy! -- is the only answer they could give! They have 6 brands on display and they stock only one brand! Aren’t they STUPID - I think they are, when :
a) They have in-curtious staff.
b) Can’t import a music system into bangalore from Mars in 4 weeks.
c) Confirm the availability of the system at 2 pm and make themselves look like idiots at 3:30 pm with no stock.
d) Parking for 6 cars when there are around 20 mis-guided families (misguided by looks of the shop and ads put up in media ) at the shop at most of the times!
e) And yes before I forget the incurtious jerks are a busy lot - busy not attending customers but watching TV , listening to music, oggling at customers and gathering information which must be at their tips (regarding product  features , cost , discounts, availability )!

SO FOLKS TWO THUMBS DOWN FOR THE EZONE AT KORAMANGALA - I would not want to do business with these folks ever again!
