Satisfactory range of products. But, the staff is highly uncooperative and irresponsible. No support once you buy a product and any kind
of fault appears. Poor management, highly money minded.
Nobody is present to listen to your grievances once you buy a product and pay a hefty sum of money. Customer satisfaction has the least priority for them I feel. Go, select a product from the range but better to buy from the dealer directly once you are sure of the brand.
It is an aggregrate of various brands but not a true representative.Management or appropriate authority is not easily available to listen to the complaints you have. The products are not upto the mark and you have to keep running to the dealers for the faults developed later (and believe me it will not be months but within a few days) and if you approach EZone.... Alas! you will get a cool response which says "We are not accountable for faults. We are just selling the products and cannot provide you any kinda support."
