We had  a worst experience  shopping electronics good from EZONE, Koramangala, Bangalore. We went to buy a LG washing machine on 27/10/2007

and selected one from display. While making the payment  we came to know that stock is not available . We were informed that it will be delivered latest by 1st Nov ( They told infact we may get it before that).As 1st November happens to be a holiday in Karnakata ezone assured us that the item would be delivered even if it is holiday. We paid in full and kept waiting for the delivery until 1st Nov.
From 1st Nov , our problem started..We kept waiting for their call. When we called their customer care , no one was picking up the call. At last around 5.30pm  they picked up the call to tell that the item wont be delivered as still they did not ghave the stock.When we went again to the store, we were assured by the sales executive that it would be delivered  next day latest by 9.30pm. Nothing happened next day and When called again we were told that warehouse is closed and they will deliver immediately once it is open.

          

Again on 2nd Nov we were waiting for their call and our whole day was wasted beacuse of procastination on their part.  Each time we call, we were given false commitment and  told that our washing machin is on it way. The delivery van was in so and so location and it would be there by 15 mts. Te van did not turn up even after 6 hours. At 10.30pm after lots of follow up and mental harassment , we received the washing machin.

          

This was the most annoying experice I had ever had.   If you value your time ,you should never buy any product from EZone.
