I bought a mixer grinder (koryo) on Aug, 2015. For the use of 1st time, some plastic n gear oil were found in the jar. the smell of gear was pretty, pretty, pretty strong, n i had headache (still now) after drinking the juice made by the mixer.
i tried to washed for more than 10 times, with clear hot water, lemon, salt, n even with detergent. I used them each every time i tried to clean the jar. however, no matter how many times i tried, the smell of gear oil was still there. it's a serious problem. the content of the oil is really toxic, n it could cause cancer.
I took the mixer bk to e zone n mentioned all the problems i had. in the beginning, they said i choose another brand n just pay the price difference, but somehow after a while, they came to me n said it's IMPOSSIBLE to change the product.
I asked if i could change another set of the same brand, or at least the jars, cuz that's that i was concerned. i dont want to use the jar which churns out gear oil n plastic every single time. the manager said okay, n took the demo jars to me. however, here came another problem. he told me the lid was dirty.
I said i can hv the old lid, but i wanted new jars. then later on while he was putting the new jars into the box, he said the old jars were dirty, so he couldnt change. n HE PUT THE DEMO JARS BK TO THE ORIGINAL POSITION, N PUT THE OLD ONES INTO THE BOX.
I've never seen any home appliances shop has SUCH SHITTY ATTITUDE. They'd rather save the small amount of money in stead of gaining customer's trust. I told him I will write the review ab him, n he said THEY HAVE GOOD REVIEW ON THE INTERNET. Apparently what he said was totally bullshit. E ZONE has such a bad review. Their service is totally shitty, n they r selling shitty products. Government should abandon this irresponsible company from business running. The products they r selling R REALLY HURTING PEOPLE'S HEALTH, AND THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO DO THIS.
You can buy cheaper and better products elsewhere. They want to make money but they dont see things for the long term. Without customer's trust, this company wont survive long.
