I purchased LG Aircondition from ezone jayanagar. It had a big crack on the front panel. I was shocked to see the ac in this condition. On escalation, ezone person asked me if the AC is functioning properly, then I need not worry that the outer cover is damaged. It has been nearly 20 days and I am unable to get a replacement.
After visiting ezone jayanagar branch twice and following up'N' number of times, I got a call from LG service person that he will come and replace the damaged part. It has been 4 days now and he has still not replaced the part yet. He is giving different set of numbers for me to follow up and get this issue fixed. It is not my business as a customer to follow up and take stress after paying thousands of rupees in buying this product.
I would like to take up this issue with consumer court for gaining justice. As a consumer grievance procedure, I would like ezone and LG to abide to rules and provide a solution/compensation in this matter.
