EZONE/BAJAJ FX9 : Cheat /Fraudulent Product sales:

I had purchased a Bajaj FX9 food processor [E102081502624] on 05-DEC from EZONE- 100-feet rd Indira Nagar Bangalore, but it’s a repaired piece that I received and not a Brand new product!


This product stopped working from initial use itself.


After a weeks search for product culprit: Its confirmed that EZONE sold me a tampered Product which had many unattended screws inside the unit causing the tampering of gear wheels with its base sections, hence processor motor units are charred and damaged, due to this careless assembling of the Product unit by whosoever.


Since it was X'mas holidays I was out of station and on the day of my arrival(3-JAN), I rushed to the same Ezone-store with purchased bill & product!


As I expressed my concern with the store helpdesk team, they immediately taught their company terms and conditions and tried to chase me out to directly contact Bajaj electricals customer support.


Since Ezone store helpsdesk always mentioned that it's Bajaj electrical's responsibility, I asked them for the Ezone store manager contact details(Mr.Srinivas: 09739625852) for confirmation on the same,


who again discouraged me that he too is helpless and won’t be able to help with any replacement product during my telephonic conversations and I had to deal with Bajaj directly.


After my frequent arguments, finally the Ezone store raised a Service-request on my behalf for checking the fault with Bajaj Service technicians:


Bajaj Call No BAN030116009029268-1, but unfortunately Mr.Gangadar [Technician1] assigned from RAGHAVENDRA SERVICES was very unprofessional [This is not my primary complaint, so not going in details],


I refused this technician1 to open the product at my home premise due to his bad product handling with very rude attitude towards me!


So, I decided to personally visit another Baja Authorised Service Center myself: and registered a new complaint: Bajaj Call No BAN070116009051551-1


Since I wanted the product checked immediately, I requested Technician2 to open the product in front of me and to my surprise:


"I also noticed four screws/nuts which was left unfixed inside the motor gear wheels-casing, and the gear washers were wrongly placed on top"


How can EZONE sell a tampered Product? Bajaj being a trustworthy and loyal brand will never sell poorly Quality checked products.


Meanwhile just to try my luck I even called EZONE customer-care mumbai: but instead of registering a complaint the customer-care refused mentioning it should be within 7-days and all I can get now is a query no#1000552244 from the Mumbai call-center resource, infact the same person mentioned that I should try collect a date of Arrival [DOA] letter from Bajaj, as per him the DOA is required for new replacement product!


But unfortunately the Bajay Service Technicians are unaware of DOA letter!


So I'm clueless with all these EZONE/Bajaj process and misguidances! I have been relentlessly chasing behind the brands customer-care and store for a resolution, but in vain!


Like any other customer I paid full amount expecting a new piece upfront, but instead is feeling cheated with a Improperly refurbished product now with charred and damaged motor units!


Since EZONE store is refusing a replacement product, I hope Bajaj electricals will take a decision in favour of the amount I'd paid with a Brand new processor.
