We had bought a SONY BRAVIA 4K 55 Inch TV from EZONE HEBBAL Bangalore on Oct 11, 2014. They have then delivered a packaged damaged product(panel broken) at home on OCT 13.They are then not taking
proper responsibility of the same and blaming SONY India for this.Finally as of now nothing about replacement and blame game is going on.Whereas we the customer who have paid the full amount is being dragged into all this for no fault of ours.
What a shame Ezone - pathetic.
