I want to share my worst experience that I had when I was buying Samsung galaxy duos neo phone from ezone, bangalore, Hebbal, esteem mall.
First of all we went to buy some other brand hi-end model then shop guys asked me to go for Samsung galaxy duos neo, we asked for Motorola, HTC, they told HTC not good compare to Samsung. because audio is not good in htc, they lied, and tried to convince us, but the fact is reverse. then they told we are not having HTC M8 model, finally we decided to go for Samsung galaxy duos neo with RS 900 more than what is priced in online stores. I agreed because I can carry out the phone on the same day itself.Faced some issue during the initial day itself, because this model has got some issues in detecting network operator, failed to detect the network properly. not able to make calls often it will fail to detect network operator after few hours and then solution is to restart your phone, that will work some time before next restart. this is known issue discussed in some of the forum.after that only I came to know that they were trying to push some unsold model on me.
Samsung service center gave DOA(dead on arrival) certificate and asked to get new replacement from the seller, (i don't know if it is fake of samsung phone)but when I went back to ezone, there was a big drama waitingthey refused to accept the kit, first one guy came from ezone and opened the sealed package from service center then left somewhere outside after returned to me
The other guys in the store told, we can not accept the phone, because you have opened it, they argued with me. I asked them name of the guy who left from the store for other work, they did not tell. then they asked me to wait till manager comes. I went to store by 4pm. they made me to sit till 7pm.store manager came, he said not possible to replace with new kit, because you have given credit card. after some time manager told that he is checking with bank. I argued with him. me and my brother-in law together.finally accepted to get me a new one, and printed the bill again, asked me to come next day to collect handset. I explained him I can not walk out with only bill(without handset like that). he said why and manager did not understand my situation and he asked me why are you not trusting us.I told not possible, somehow I argued and managed to get the working handset on same day.during this time they were very harsh on me. you know how much pain I took for me, I got ashamed for me in front other customers, they took 3 hours everytime to print the bill and to get the handset even after selection.
I realized after that even though I paid 1000 bugs more, this much of head ache would have been avoided if I would have bought it from good stores(flipkart - there is no question if you want replacement or money back, croma - earlier I visited no issues at all, relience).I felt bad for the whole week. my experience may be a good lessons for others
please avoid visiting these robbers.
