Please avoid EZONE.
Recently I bought Note 3 from Ezone, Bellandur, Bangalore. While unpacking I found the mobile sticker was covered in dust and the charger cover was torn. I asked them about this and they said its quite normal these days. I went home and inquired with my friends and forums, and everybody told that wont be the case for a high end phone.
So I went back and asked them about this. They said they cant do anything about it as I used the phone for 3 days. I made a compliant to Samsung customer care and no one responded.
Please suggest me some solution.
