Well, a few days back, I wrote a review on fabmart.com and got a lot of angry prople saying that all my stuff about good service was crap. I was shocked. But now I know exactly how they feel, because ezeemart.com has put me on the receiving end of bad service.
        I am a resident of Pune and apparently thats their problem. Let me list all the problems I encountered while ordering 1 toy.
1. They say that we can pay cash on delivery. However, after confirming my order 3 times on phone and e mail, they called up to say I have to arrange a DD for their courier people now refuse to take cash from out of station people.(their office is in Mumbai).
2. They sent me a bad bill in which the cost of the toy was Rs.68 more than it is on the net. This error was rectified later.
3. I was told that the toy is 30cm. in height when actually, it is not more than 6 inches!
4. On the phone, someone told me it was made in India while the online service person told me it was Chinese(which turned out to be true).
     They did not stick to the delivery time which they ask you to specify. instead of 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm, as was specified, they delivered it at 10.00 am.

All in all, as a resident of Pune, it was a sad experience. I hope the people in other places have better luck!
