I read about Ezeego1 site on my ICICI Bank Credit card
statement.  What led me to go to this site is about 50% refund of
reservation

amount on my titanium card.  So merrily I went ahead and
booked a room for two nights at Grand Resort, Mahabaleshwar for my first
marriage anniversary.  A day before my trip around 8.30 pm I got a call
from Ezeego1 office about cancellation of my booking at Grand Resort with an
option to shift to their group concern, SAVOY VILLAGE near ST Bus stand. 
I had made the reservation on the basis of research done on Grand Resort and I
had no clue about this new hotel.  As we had already made all preparation
for the trip, we decided to go ahead.  When he stepped in, we found the
hotel very old.  The room allotted to us was in bad shape.  We could
not lock the door from inside as all the bolts placed inside were broken. Same
with bathroom door.  Though we were provided with hot water during morning
hours, power was erratic.  Room service was excellent, though at times, we
had to answer calls on our telecom for room service from others.  The
dhaba attached to this hotel served excellent food.  Our package included complimentary
breakfast, two meals. Food was the best part of this package - it was paisa
vasool experience for us.  I would not hesitate recommend their dhaba to
all and they serve delicious nonveg food, at additional cost, of course.  Avoid this hotel for their rooms.
