Its been more than a month since I cancelled my flight tickets following all procedures (Bangalore to Mumbai by Kingfisher Airlines) booked through ezeego1, I am still waiting for the refund. Every time I call the call centre, the response is the same - Sorry Sir, we will process your request within 72 hours.

It was only when I visited mouthshut that I realized it is a routine with ezeego1 to not refund our hard earned money back on time.

Team leaders at their call centre are never available if you want to escalate your complaint. Their systems are down most often and they dont even call back inspite of all promises to do so.

Book through ezeego1 only if you want to gamble ... It is shocking to see such organized white collared crime happening.

If there are more guys out there waiting for a refund, I have started the process for filing a consumer complaint. Will keep you posted ....
