I started using the website last October when it was offering air deccan offer of ’1 ticket free for every 1 ticket’. I found their service is not as bad as some of the members suffered from. I have used the to book 16 tickets in last 8 months for myself and my family. Following are my comments on their service.

1) Very attractive offers for ICICI bank credit card customers. I have used the offer 7 times.  If you read the T&C properly then you would not complain. The cash back were always  credited back to my credit card within 15 days. Have saved around 8000 bucks in two offers.
2) Used Air Deccan "one ticket for every one ticket" and "2 ticket for every 1 ticket". Found that coupon cannot be used in case of some flights. Read the T&C again and found about the limited number of seats for each flight. Used it to book a 1 and 1/2 month away booking and it worked.
3) Have canceled one ticket. Was unable to connect to customer care. But used the cancel ticket feature in booked transactions and the refund money came back to my account after 20 days.
4) I suffered from payment cannot be completed due to same transaction number used while booking one ticket. I emailed them since it was a problem between ezeego and icici. I got an email after 5 days that everything was fine with their system. I was then able to book the ticket.

Overall my experience has been very good since I used 3 free air deccan tickets as well as saved 8000 bucks.
I have used makemytrip, travelguru and indiatimes before. I will rank ezeego highest with travelguru in terms of offers. Overall service is equal in 3 cases.
I do believe people need to be more careful when booking online.
i have suffered from many failed transactions with ICICI net banking but everytime an email sovled the problem within 10 days. Software cannot guarantee 100% availability. Thats a fact of life.
