All is good when things go smooth. I’d been booking flight tickets online couple of times without a hiccup. For the first time I

did a telephonic booking of flight for 4 adults costing 28840/- which was informed to me two days later that "due to some problem it could not be confirmed, please go for a new booking, this booking would be refunded". I did as directed, waited for 30 days as against 21 stipulated to get refund before contacting them. The buggers told they have escalated and you will get refund in a week. After 10 days, I’m told "We are unable to trace the transaction, please update us with authorization code". Jesus!! Am I supposed to tell them the authorization code the credit card company gave them?? Its been close to 60 days now and I’ve not got my refund, anyways will ***k them in courts for sure on this.

Enticed by 50% cashback, I meanwhile did another booking EZR-2008-316084 on May 3 for a hotel which was "on request" supposed to be confirmed within 48 hours. They kept me waiting for 7 days and assured booking will be confirmed. On May 10, Interestingly, one rep told me that booking has been confirmed and voucher will be mailed in 24 hours. 36 hours later when I contacted them, I am told that it is still pending. Frustrated, I asked for confirmed booking of another hotel and wow - there is a "technical snag" after I’m charged (EZR-2008-355987 / May 15) and my new booking is again "pending". Next day I again ask for another confirmed booking in a different hotel, amazingly this also became "pending". Within a span of 15 days, they did over 21 "high priority escalations" which were worth nothing. Of 10 times they would tell you that you’ll recieve a callback, they would call only twice.

Cheater, Liars, lazy and hopeless bunch of buffons in their backend team are holding up close to 56K of mine. Ofcourse they cannot run away with the money but I’m exploring options how to make them pay for their inefficiency.

Use this site only for discounts, they are genuinely good. In case you have a choice for availing similar service elsewhere, would recommend you to avoid this site.

UPDATE - June 16: Post this review got a followup call from ezeego1, in 10 days time I got refunds of all my stuck payment. I see a good intent of these people to stay clean and they are possibly bandwidth and infrastructure starved to serve. Need to invest a lot on IT & automation.
