NEVER BOOK THRU EZEEGO1-READ THIS FIRST

Hi All,

I booked a mum-kochi ticket on a spice jet flight dated 20 apr 08. A few days later i got a message thru Spice jet that they have disconitnued all the flights on Mum-kochi sector from 14th
Apr and they refunded the amt back to ezeego1.com

I called up Ezeego1.com for the refunds and they told me to fill up the cancelation request form on website. I logged in and could not find any transaction details in their website. i called up Ezeego1.com to inform that I am unable to see any transactions and hence unable to fill up the form, they replied to send an email to cancellations@ezeego1.com . I sent around 15 emails till date I just received one case id 28353 which is not yet resolved. I called up ther customer service and each time they say that they are unable to c any booking details on ther server hence it will take 24-72 hrs.

After following up with them for almost a month now I still get call back from ther customer service that they are still not able to get any details of my booking, and it will take some time.

Any one can try this with ezeego1.com customer service. My booking reference nummber is EZR 146343/A and the case id is 28353 the customer service toll free number thru mobile is 18002090800. I am still waiting for my refunds worth 6k and I am unnecessarily paying the interest on my credit card. I request you all to be aware this before you book any flight ticket.

I would also suggest you to check Alexa.com for ezeego1.com traffick ranking.. no one books the ticket thru ezeego1.com most of them prefer cleartrip or makemytrip

Any one has faced any same situation pls let me know how can I get the refunds.
