I booked a return ticket from Delhi to Kulu through Ezeego because of their advertising 50% cash back on ICICI platinum card.
All I get is a few thousand and not the promised 50% of basic fare. After repeated attempts to call their customer service center and trying their numbers nothing has been done. I have proof that their propaganda is false and that they are simply cheating people. Now they tell me that there is a Rs 10,000 cap on cash back but how can that be true when they have refunded more than that to me already. Add to this I even checked with their executives before and after booking and each one confirmed to me that my full amount will be refunded but nothing has happened. I would sincerely request all the people reading this to beware of this fraudulent website and no one should fall for their advertising.
