Dear All ,
I booked a two way ticket and till date have not received my return ticket nor have got the Cash Back. Dont have the patience

to appoint a lawyer for getting Rs1500/- cash back which has not been credited till date inspite of 40 days rolling by and customer service assuring me that money will be returned.

          

Their website is faulty due to which return tickets do not reflect and for the same reason cash back is not given and the human beings cannot do anything and the customers who are cheated of Rs1500 /- cannot do anything because it is uneconomical to pursue Rs1500/- and spend more on recovering the same.

          

These people are cheats - so the best that can be done is to spread the informaton as widely as possible.

          

They do not revert to emails or phone calls and you can only try them at your own risk.

          

Someone please advise which is the cheapest recourse to get my money back . Can filing an FIR with the Police for cheating help .

I would strongly recommend the credit card companies not to partner with such sites unilt they have verified the reputation of the site .

I request all readers to help me in getting this information accross so that the number of people falling for this trap is at least contained .
If anyone can publish my story in the media then I shall be grateful as such incidents show how we are duped of our money so easily.
