I had a bad experience with "Ezeego1" at one time but I am updating this review now due to their good customer service.

This is the mail I have sent to the EzeeGo1 people :

"I purchased

a Air Deccan ticket when I saw the ad ’ Ek ticket pe do
free’ offer on your website. I have got two promo codes but to no avail.


I am not able to find a single flight with any available seats. I am always getting the following message -

"No matching flight has been found as per your search criteria."


Please remove the advertisement from the website if there are no free tickets available on any of the flights !!"

When I tried to redeem my free tickets, I could not find a single flight that had any available seats. I spent quite some time to check out different sectors but there were no results. I thought it was a scam! But later I did manage to redeem one free ticket.

Besides, the site is fast and easy to use.

I think they have good customer service and they have kept improving. But still it does not hurt to compare ticket prices on other sites like MakeMyTrip.

Overall I am satisfied with them. My thumbs up for them!!!
