This is the worst website service I have seen. First thing is that you wont be able to connect to them. Your Cash back never processed on time. No replies of emails.

I am afraid how they are able to survive in the market. Why we do not have the system in which we can throw the compnies out of market who are not performing.

In my case I booked the Ticket from Chennai - Delhi. At the time of booking no where on website fare refund rule was defined. unfortunately I need to get cancel that Ticket. At that time they haven’t replied of my emails. Phone line is good for nothing. When I contacted Airline they told me it is Non Refundable fare. I have lost 5000 in free fund due to this crap website.

I dont know what I need to do but thing is very clear I am not going to use this third class service again.
