I booked two return tickets MUM - DELHI by Ezeego thru my Platinum Card.I was entitled to recieve 50% cash back on same.I recd cash back but it was only half of what i had to recieve.I tried calling their customer service where all dere executives are always busy.I was lucky to reach to a human voice after holding the call for more than half an hour.After explaining her my problem for atleast another half an hour she told me dat she is unable to help me n i MAY get my cash back in next 15 days.In addition to my prblms I got one of my ticket cancelled for which I m yet to recieve my refund.Ezeego ppl have no sense of customer service and i have taken a pledge never to get ne tickets booked frm Ezeego no matter how lucrative the offer may appear and I wud not let nebody whom I know do the same.Till dat time cud sumbody help me to know how cud I get my hard earned money back frm dem.......
