I dont know under what circumstance I made my mind to book through these crooks. My credit card was charged for Bangalore - Jaipur - Bangalore fare. But it gave PNR generation failure for Indigo from Bangalore - Jaipur. For Jaipur - Bangalore they gave me one PNR number on Jetlite which turned out to be complete fake !!!I I called Jetlite and they told me that PNR number given by these crooks is invalid.

I am trying to contact these guys for last three days and have already spend more then 6 hours on their customer care number hearing to their recorded voice "All our customer care executives are busy" I tried both on BSNL toll free and gsm number.

I am thinking of reporting this as a FRAUD transaction to ICICI whose credit card I used.

I am out of words for these crooks

I really dont know now what to do.

Latest Update : I finally gave up calling them over STD lines and then I got a call from them telling that due to huge offer they were getting a lot of calls and their servers were down. But I got my ticket and half the cash back!!

And they even had guts to call me and ask for the feedback. Luckily I was not available on the phone  that day and I got an email about feedback.

At one point I was so frustrated that I thought I would ask all the people who contributed to MS to put an AD in TOI right besides these idiots’s ad and telling their real stories. I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH THESE CHEATERS.
