I think Expedia scores no 1 for having
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . Never book anything except plane tickets, not even hotels, on Expedia or its affiliates (hotels.com, hotwire etc). Once you pay
them, there job is done. I bought ground transportation in Las Vegas through Expedia and I was not picked up from hotel. I had to run here and there to get a taxi and reach airport. Finally I paid an excess of $70 and reached airport just one hour before departure. the security lines etc made to reach the gate just when I was called for boarding.
I contacted Expedia but they refused any refund. They offered $50 coupon for future hotel stay, another trap.
I found that the show and transportation tickets at Las Vegas Expedia sells online are expensive than what you pay at the counter, even though they say its 50% discount etc (after using coupons, they are available at the same counter and everywhere in Vegas, funny isnt it). So never buy anything except flight tkts or maybe hotel stay on Expedia when travelling to Vegas. The showtime changes frequently and Expedia flatly refuses to change or refund the tickets.
I would suggest not booking anything on Expedia and its affiliates as they will be having same customer service.
