We booked a trip to go see my grandchildren f or August 1st. In July, I was hospitalized for septicemia and kidney failure. My daughter called to cancel the reservations and they said they would. We
found out much too late that they did not cancel the tickets with the airlines. Expedia told my daughter that they had her on tape, but when I called they said they didnt have her on tape, but it is on her answering machine. They were very vague and would not budge at all. They were rude and crude when she and I both called them. I ended up loosing my $822.00 which means we will have to wait another year to see my grandbabies when we dont even know if I will live another year. I think Expedia should be held accountable for this.
