Incident - Expedia people are big liers. I was trying to get a charge reimbursed to my credit card and we called the credit card company and customer service representatives of both sides and me agreed
to get that done in a day and it never happened and when i called next day they said it was never agreed by them to drop charges in one day and it will take a month,she even went to the extent of saying that i was lieing after sometime i quoted the reference and after that the agent bite her tongue and tried to offer me a $50 coupon.
This is very unprofessional and they don\t respect customers at all and are liers.I spoke with one of their managers after that he was blaming the credit card company and was not listening to my side of the issue, looks like he realised that there was an obvious error from their side and was trying to divert my frustration towards the credit card company.Very unprofessional bunch of cheaters and liers.Cant blame the customer service people as they are probably told to act that way
Damage Resulting - I had to call them 7 times to get this done and had spent one whole day doing this.Had to take several lies from these cheaters
