We went to expedia.com to find good rates on hotels in Las Vegas. We got good rates on stratosphere; we booked it by calling expedia.com. We reached the hotel and stood in a long line for registration
on Saturday and it turned out to be the hotel has not received any registration from Expedia after this long wait. Customer service at Stratosphere asked us to call Expedia and check with them. After a long wait we called Expedia and it turns out to be that they faxed wrong papers to Stratosphere. We again waited for their fax to come to the hotel and after long wait of an hour in the hotel lobby, Expedia faxed the papers for our Saturday stay but the Sunday stay was again not confirmed. We already prepaid Expedia for our two days stay and it was a good waste of time after a long tiring journey.
