I have booked several trips with expedia and when you have a complaint they never handle it. I called to complain and they had me on hold for a long time. Then a customer service specialist got on the
phone and was the most clueless person I have ever encountered. She did not offer any help. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she couldnt do that. What in the world that is absurd. I just told them through email that I wouldnt do business with them and their comment was we regret to hear that. After booking at least two trips a year with them, thats all I get. Forget it they lost this customer and anyone else who I can influence not to book through them. True they save you money, but its not worth the hassle when things go wrong. I would rather pay more and be assured that if something is not right someone cares about this customer!
