I will never book another trip with them again. It was a waste of my time and money. I could have gotten better service through Walt Disney world. They give you the damn run around. You can’t even add a person to a reservation once it is booked. I will never use them again. They are quick to take your money but it takes them days to give you your room reservation. then to top it off if you call the hotel they cant’ tell you anything about your reservation. Every time you try to call Expedia your on hold for 15 minutes. I thought I could save money by going through them hell I saved what $25. Wow, I just should haved booked it the Disney World. You get what you pay for. What’s really funny is when you call Expedia and ask them where they are located over seas some where. I hope that my daughter enjoys her self bcuz right now if I could I would ask them for a refund.
