I have been taken by expedia for the last time. they absolutley suck and no one should use them. they take money for the flights you book early, keep the money and than when the airline cancels the flight they take no responsibility for the extra cost you have to face to rebook a new flight. unbelievable. they should be outlawed. where is our governmnet with all this. thewy go after other internet crime. I also lost a car rental when they booked it for 300 and it was really 600 when i tried to pick the car up in Mexico. They do nothing at all to help and rarely answer the phone!!!!!! what a scam company!  They have done the same thing to me three times now and you cannot even talk to the airlines for help becuase expedia has control of the tickets. you call them and you wait on hold forever and even when someone finally answers they still keep you oj hold. than try a supervisor and they tell you you have to wait over an hour.....
