Expedia charged my credit card twice in July, each time nearly $500, for a single itinerary (r/t flights from Thailand to India). It was clearly their mistake (the computer hiccuped?). I sent the duplicate
tickets back to them but the expected refund has not materialized. I have a "case number" now but no other response other than form emails from the poorly named "Customer Service." I fear Ill never see that money again. This is NOT a case of misunderstanding policy. They charged me twice for the same tickets and have not offered either an explanation, an apology or a refund. This program wants me to write more words but I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue. I think brevity is a virtue.
