I’ll never book a trip with Expedia again.  Bought my ticket (Cathay Pacific flight) with them on Sunday night.  Monday morning a friend shows me the same trip on CP’s own website for the same flights and cabin class which is $180 cheaper.  So I call Expedia because of their "Low Price Guarantee" and ask for a refund and they tell me that they won’t refund my money because the ticket on the CP website is for a new cabin class that had just openend up!  Just my luck, a new class opens just after I buy my ticket!  LOL

To top it all off, they tell me NO CHANGES can be made to my ticket at all.  Not even for an additional fees.  It didn’t say that on the Expedia site when I booked the ticket.  I will never use Expedia again and will discourage everyone I know from using the site as well.
