I wish I discovered this website prior to booking with Expedia.  I
booked an all inclusive package with them.  I arrive at my
destination and was told I did not have a reservation. 
To top it
all off - I was not

booked for an all-inclusive package.  I was lied to betrayed by
Expedia.  I hope they go out of business. Please do not book with
this company.  We paid over $100 in long-distance charges to have
the problem corrected. We were told Debbie the manager would call us
back.  She never did.  They basically leave you stranded and
they don’t care.  As long as they have your money and credit card
- it’s a done deal.  No customer service - Terrible.  They
almost destroyed our trip - thank god St. Maarten was a beauitful
island and we still managed to have a great time.  Expedia you are
a terrible company and should be held accountable for your mix-ups and
poor customer service
