I always make my reservations with Expedia. In fact, I tried almost all of their products like flights, hotel, cars, cruises, activities and services. Never had I had any horrible experience with Expedia.
One thing I suggest to the so called "victims" of Expedia... blame yourself for what happened to your trip and NOT the travel agency. Before travelling, I checked my itinerary and reconfirm every single detail of it. Life is not perfect so dont expect that all your reservations will be the best. When you make reservations with a travel agency online, it is better to call and ask for help to book it rather than booking it by yourself online. In case theres some problems, U can always put the blame on the person who created your itinerary. Remember also that if changes occur, it is not the travel agency who changed your itinerary but the airlines or the hotel. Advise would be to call the airlines and hotel 24hrs before your trip to confirm everything. Thats all folks!
