They may offer some apparently decent prices but believe me for they have no concept of service or apparent interest in ensuring the paying customer gets what they purchased.
If you want to
suffer the stress and hassle of contradictory information, a failure to do what they tell you they have done, daily email requests being ignored and ultimately arriving at an airport to find the tickets you have been assured are booked and paid for are not ,then this is the firm for you.
Two hours spent on a phone in departures at Heathrow with a distressed family fearing our holiday was not going to happen was not my idea of fun. The reason was admin error by Expedia which was only resolved due to my refusing to come off the phone until I could see on the airline computers that Expedia had actually done what they had assured me they had done several weeks ago i.e book the correct class of ticket. The airline were fine (BA who arent necessarily my "favourite airline") but this firm are to be avoided.
Oh and trying to speak or write and get a response from someone in authority - forget about it. Two letters and a fax have been ignored so far. I would suggest that their modus operandi is get the customers money as quickly as possible but on no account do anything as troublesome as dealing with the customer.
