The Exodus by Leon Uris is a very good book. It tells the life behind a couple of teenage Jews and how they had to live through the concentration camps and ghettos of Europe.
I am only on part two of the book but it has taught me so much that I did not know before. I first started reading it for English class but have come to like it very much.

It has a few main characters including Kitty Freemont, Karen and Dov who are both teenage Jews, and Ari Ben who is a leader of Mossad Ali Bet. This book tells of their journey’s together and apart to get to Palestine.

This is about how much a know so far but I have a few questions. I need to know the theme of the book. I have a two page essay to write for English class and that is one main question that I need answered.
