Not approachable and poor customer service
One of my relatives deals with Exide life Insurance and as he explained that it would be beneficial for me, in future I took it. I monthly pay premium regularly but yes the services are not up to mark. There is no reminder by a company like message or call before due date but they would call the very next day after due date to pay premium and penalty. I was unhappy thinking they just need money and so do this.
In addition, their system is not upgraded and once even after I paid the premium they said that I did to and have to pay the penalty amount too. Then I show them the receipt and they said their system was not upgraded. They did not even apologise for the same.
