I bought a Life insurance policy from them some 5 years back. Now it's a payout time. They were very loyal in coming back to me almost a month back to provide few documentation to process my payout. I satisfied all of their requirements at once. Again once the payout date approached one gentle man called me and said I am missing few documents. They promised me to process my payout on or before12-July(28-June was my actual payout date. They needed almost 10 days to do verification!). It was 11-July and again approached them. They told me that somehow they missed this time and promised to make the payout by 15-July. However I am still expecting.
Over these miseries, they have registered an account number of mine which I have never shared with them. This is completely a mystery.
People please refrain from these. You have better insurance companies out there.
