I have made life insurance in Exide Life Insurance. My monthly premium was 3000 INR and I supposed to pay 252000 INR for seven years premium and I would be get getting 360000 INR after seven years. HereI was told by relationship manager that I would be getting such amount but I have received 323000 INR last year. Even relationship manager is not cooperative, he doesn't provide any update of maturity amount dates. Even I have faced problems in withdrawing the amount, I have to made thrice application to the manager then my maturity amount has been credited. Even the customer care are less experience as they cannot able to explain my queries when I am having any such about my premium and maturity amount.
