You are mentioning only about the testing team there. But what about the HR team, management, Development team.
The lady HR, she has not done any MBA course but well at Mental Blind Assaulter.
Very Very chief behavior she has got which cannot be explained at all. If you resigned for the job, she will ask irrelevant questions which are out of organization policies. If any person is short temper then definitely he will her there itself without any hesitation. She will call person one who had resigned and if he gone to her seat then telling to come after some time.
This will be repeated so many times. Telling to the resigned person do not encourage to your team mate or colleague to resign. Are all these professional manner in an IT Company. Willing to work in any company is dependent on person. If any person not happy with work environment or not happy with company policies, work culture then why one should work for that company? For the salary? It is funny! How much salary they are offering. Only 3, 500, 5, 000 for freshers and 6000 for experienced candidate.
One more lady in HR team, Assistant HR. She is not HR, she is like office boy, Non sense. If you have requested any letter like address proof, Relieving, experience letter then she is not ready to give that in the short period. She need 4 to 5 days issue address proof .Or to give any letter. After many days she will give you the letter but you will find so many mistakes in that letter. Your address itself will be wrong some times. If you informed about that then she will call you to her seat and she will paint on the wrong part with whitener and correct with the pen. Does she think about the problem if that corrected with pen. Other person does not accept the letter. She knows that but still she wants to harass employee. A chief mentality not able to prepare a letter without any mistake is working in IT Company. Ha ha ha .I don’t know which degree she has done but she is suitable to Office boy works like to supply tea, coffee, papers, tidy etc. One more thing if you request one more letter then she will directly tell I will not give. She has done some chief course 12th or BA and telling an Engineer that she cannot provide a letter without any shame. There is no value for the
Engineer in that company. Engineer may get scold from third class person like HR, Accountant, Assistant HR, and watchman.
Why people should work for that company?
There are so many companies are there and so many opportunities you can get now. May take some time to get job but surely you will get the job. Do not waste your life in a hell like company. Throughout your life you will get regret of that. Set you mind to be happy at least now onwards. All the best
