I am an Ex- employee of Excelsoft & I totally disagree with the comments posted below
I am very grateful to Excelsoft as they took me fresh from the college in spite of my bad academic record. The company regarded my aptitude & abilities & selected me for training.
The training was intense, but some of the best trainers were bought & had mentors assigned after 6 months. In my batch there were relatives of ex employees who had joined because they had a very good feedback about Excelsoft. So bit baffled by some comments on the training aspects which seem very unfair.
After my training I was put in challenging project for a US client. Tell me how many freshers in other companies are assigned live projects immediately? The code I wrote was scrutinized & not exposed to client & my mistakes were pointed out with very good feedback on how I can improve.
Today I am working in IBM with a 6 figure salary & I owe this to Excelsoft & especially D Sudhanva who has the beacon of light for Excelsoft. You must work closely with the CEO of Excelsoft to understand his intellectual abilities .The solutions he has provided have been universally accepted & we should be proud that an Indian company is competing with the Best of the breed e-learning companies in product space & not in services space.
I do agree HR has to improve & be aware of the industry trends.
Hence I would request all the people who have contributed or posted adversely to think positive. If I had to recommend to any fresher or anyone, Excelsoft is The Company to join.
