Hi all,
I have worked with Excelsoft, Noida in Pearson project for 3 years. My Tech Lead was Pradeep Adhikari, I am giving a honest review which anyone can verify. Excelsoft was earlier Imfinity which was established by Prashan Goela, Romil & two other guys, then Excelsoft overtook Imfinity and these guys become partners in this. As per my association with Excelsoft, I found it worst place for those who have bright plan for future, the organization without proper management. The guy who is heading the management doesn't know the talks and walks of life. Office without reception. New bee only get side work. I hardly felt connected with the company. No personal drawer to keep things.
Management doesn't have clear vision, its completely a project based company to use young blood and fire them when profit over. All employees working like in cyber cafe. HR is like doc collecting deptt. No policies only. You will never feel connected. HR fired people just for taking leaves.
