I bought Aquaguard NF on May 2008. After 1 year, I went for AMC from Eureka Forbes. I had to pay Rs.3600 for the AMC. I was told, that all membranes would be replaced by new ones. When the serviceman was
replacing the membranes, I found that one of the membrane i.e. Low TDS membrane was not sealed pack. I was shocked to know that the Low TDS membrane is the costliest membrane. It costs near about Rs.2300. After lots of interoggation, he told me that Low TDS comes to their service center as unsealed pack. On next day, I interoggated the supervisor of that serviceman, and the supervisor is saying the same thing. And the interesting thing is that they use to take the old TDS Membrane back to their service centers.
I feel that I have been deceited by Eureka Forbes.
I suggest others that - DO NOT go for AMC for Aquaguard NF from Eureka Forbes. Better, purchase those membranes from outside, then fit them yourself.
I should also mention the service center location. This is C.R.Park, New Delhi’s service center.

Note: I don’t have any complaint on the product. The product is awesome. The quality of the AquaGuard NF’s water is far better than the mineral water we get from the market.

There is a gap-line behind the storage tank. Cockroaches get into that gap.
